Contact book
Here clients and care workers can easily maintain contact with each other via voice, text, video contact, call me alert and the shared agenda.
Peer support
Clients can exchange tips, support each other, break their isolation and work on personal goals through group and private text space, group and private video contact and the group agenda.
The fully transparent interface prevents surprises by showing who is in which room. By clicking on a room you enter it.
Text contact
Through group and private text contact, clients can easily maintain contact. For example, individually with their counselor or in groups with peers
Video contact
Through group and private video contact, clients can easily maintain contact with their care worker and fellow peers.
Internet speed is controlled for each video contact, optimizing quality.
In the group video room, a participant grows in size by clicking on his video. So that everyone can decide for themselves who is most present.
Call cards
Call cards to stimulate conversations are integrated in the group video room. They connect to the client's experience and every week there are different topics.
Personal invite
By clicking on photos of people who are not present but are online they receive an invitation to come to the video group room.
Simple management

User-friendly
The interface is easy for clients (psychosis, PTSD, anxiety) to use and matches their experience. For example, clients experience it as easy to master, easy to make me do what I want and they experience the operation as very simple. Which makes (almost) no training necessary. Clients therefore rate the user-friendliness highly, with an average rating of 9.
Results
More than 10,000 hours have since been spent on MINDFinder. It can be observed that it inspires clients, strengthens stability and activates recovery. Pilots show that the two main recovery dimensions 'connection and support' and 'hope and dreams' are significantly stimulated and recovery activation in a large number of clients. Which, on the one hand, significantly increases the chance of recovery and, on the other hand, eliminates the two main marginalizing problems: isolation and the lack of a support group.
